You and your loved ones will be centrally located in one of Palm Springs's best-preserved mid-century neighborhoods. The 1,584-square-foot floor plan is open with lots of natural light and decor that is simply out of this world. The living area boasts wall-to-wall windows with unparalleled views of the enclosed backyard and pool with a pool spa (both can be heated for a fee), a comfortable sectional sofa in front of the Smart TV, and a gorgeous dining table. The kitchen is right off the living room and the chef of the group will fall in love with it. It's complete with stainless steel appliances (French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker) and a splendid breakfast bar with counter seating.

The home has three bedrooms and two baths with a bonus room, formally the original carport. The bonus room gives you approximately 300 additional square feet of living space making this home a ''livable'' Alexander. This space also features an inviting living area with comfortable furniture, a Smart TV, a desk with a printer, a Wii, and a PacMan arcade game.

Outside is all about entertainment as well. There is a saltwater pool and spa in your private, walled backyard with beautiful views of Mt. San Jacinto. This space boasts four pool loungers, a partially-covered patio with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, a comfortable seating area, and a firepit with plenty of patio chairs.

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Between June 1-September 31, the spa is offered at $49/night, and from October 1- May 31, pool and spa heat is $99/night. Requests for pool/spa heat MUST be made 36 hours in advance of your arrival date.

We loved the cool vibe of this house. It was decorated impeccably with a modern feeland that true Palm Springs cool factor. Pool was awesome! Only bummer was the air conditioning being set to 76 degrees at night. Way too hot to sleep almost made it unbearable.

This house was the perfect place to recharge. It truly feels like a home away from home with every decoration and detail carefully thought out. The quiet and peaceful yard is beautiful to have morning coffee and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. I appreciated the fast wifi and multiple work spaces as well as the ideal location which is close to restaurants, amazing hikes, and boasts incredible views from the property. I can't wait to visit again.

The quiet neighborhood and the beautifully appointed house and yard were perfect for our trip! We loved the design of the house with both privacy and views of the blue sky and palm trees indoors and out. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, the comfortable beds, and the location within walking distance to downtown. We found everything we needed, including racks for wet towels and swimsuits, and the fruit trees were a nice surprise!
