Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

This house is on a quiet corner, beautiful clean pool, with nice chairs and floaters. Lots of sitting room around the pool. Hot tub great too. Large bedrooms. Master bedroom was great. Great tv's in each bedroom. Kitchen convent, had everything. Great air conditiong. Close to a large Market

The house itself was great…nicely appointed and super comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and the pool is spectacular. The Vacasa service is terrible, though. The check in was very, very difficult with the company dysfunction. The 10am checkout is ridiculously early for the amount spent on the property (including $50 per day to heat the pool). I would rent the home again, but not if Vacasa is managing it.

The pool and hot tub were amazing! Plenty of pool towels and dishes that were useable outside! We loved having a washer and dryer and it was great to be able to pull the car into the cool garage! Beds were comfortable and we loved not having to pack shampoo, soap, etc! Everything was provided. Excellent accommodations!

DO NOT STAY IN A VACASA MANAGED PROPERTY IN PALM SPRINGS!We had issues with a duck nesting near the pool and pooping in it most days. At first, I thought they would be responsive to our situation but I was wrong. Vacasa would not move us to another property, nor would they pay the average cost of $38-50 to have the pool cleaned daily and tested for bacteria as we asked for several times. The duck did not go in the pool if we were in it - so having it cleaned daily and tested would have probably assured safe usage of the pool and hot tub. The heater wasn't working when we arrived so the pool was not up to temperature for 3 days of our 14 day stay. Even though we could not use the pool quite often due to all the duck poop in the bottom of it, and it was not heated for the first three days of our stay, they still charged us $49/day for every day of our stay! After many emails and phone calls we did receive a partial refund of the pool heat but still no compensation for their lack of responsiveness to our situation. If you are still considering staying at this property, you should know the sofas are very dirty and tired, as are the chairs. The plantation shutters don't fully work properly and the patio furniture was filthy. I know Palm Springs dust, and this was beyond!! Plus, there are cameras everywhere outside. I felt like we were being watched! Take my advice and find another property and vacation management company!

While we couldn't accommodate daily pool cleaning as requested, the pool was regularly serviced three times a week, and we ensured its safety for use. We've also addressed the cleanliness issues with the outdoor furniture and repaired any broken electrical plates once brought to our attention. I am still working with Vacasa on an unresolved issue, broken dishwasher prior to our stay and during our entire stay. We spent $3250 with pool heating for 5 nights, I expect them to compensate us for. After having to track them down, again they just dropped the ball again, they offered $100 for the inconvenience of washing dishes 3 meals a day for 5 days. I think that is a bit of an embarrassment and have filed a complaint.

It turned to a nightmare quickly, Thursday upon arrival the house was hot inside, so we turned on both A/C 's on to not to expose 1 year old child that accompanied us to overheating. After while we noticed that the house is not cooling as one should expect so my wife called the management company to see if there is something that can be done to improve the cooling of the house. The management company gave some pointers to my wife and stated that someone will come out the next day. The next day came, and the cooling situation improved over night due to lower ambient temperature but as the day progressed into the hottest day of the year, it got worse. I looked at the air return filters and was able to wash 2 of 3 – 3rd one not washable. All 3 filters filthy. My wife started calling management company while I went to local hardware to get some kind of portable cooling – outside temp was 120F at that time. No response from property management at all – every call went to voice mail! To the horror of this one of the A/C’s broke down and inside temp was rapidly climbing. Again – could not reach property maintenance. I called VACASA and I was told that all VACASA can do is to put in request for service. In the meantime, we identified a 30Amp fuse blown for that A/C. Again, drive to hardware stores to locate such fuse and after getting one and installation we had a knock on the door yes A/C service. The technician took over and immediately identified that two fuses (30Amp) that are installed in the system should be 35Amp instead. Someone has changed those to a cheaper ones sometime in the past. But wait, there is more! The condenser outside was not serviced for a long time and it was clogged with dust, dirt, leaves and so on and the heat exchange could not properly occur. The technician cleaned outside condenser, changed the filthy return filter and only then we got the A/C back online. The inside temp reached 90F at that time. Thank you VACASA for sending that technician to the property! Why did property management not respond? I even plead to the security camera to sent help and no response either!Ok, enough of that, now on to cleanliness. ALL upholstered furniture is dirty, really dirty (and that’s a mild word for the condition) All rugs and carpets are dirty and stained. We wish the property owners would put some pride in this house and made it more inviting. Outside tables, cushions and chairs were not cleaned prior to guest arrival. The hallway bathroom impossible to open from inside – doorknob going bad It was really different experience than last year.Yes, there are few positive points: the pool is huge! Several doors leading to outside area made the roaming around much easier, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, soap shampoo and so on but really, if we don’t find any photographic evidence that the maintenance of this property has improved, we will no longer consider it in our plans.

Location was awesome - super quick to get to town, grocery stores, and much more. The Apple TV setup was also nice to see on all the TVs as we cord cutters as well so liked seeing a similar setup

Nice place, but make sure to have the pool heated before you arrive. Also, the pool maintenance crew comes by on Saturdays. Vacasa said "no, they don't come on weekends" but the book with the rental information inside the house says Wed and Saturday. Sure enough, Saturday it is.

This house was gorgeous, nice fixtures, furniture, decor and the pool was awesome! The kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was so nice. My only complaint is that the main bathroom doesn't have a mirror big enough to do makeup or hair.

We loved staying at this house in Deepwell...very comfortable and a perfect location. We could walk to Koffi South, we had some great runs, and it was so peaceful to walk at night and see the palm trees lit up and the beautiful shadows that are made by all of the landscaping cacti. A perfect stay!
