Golfers of all skill levels can play the 27-hole PGA Championship course. Other shared amenities in the gated community include 30+ pools and hot tubs, a gym, and 10 tennis courts.

The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of appliances, a large island, and ample counter space. Dine at the four-person table, which presents golf-course views. Highlighted by high ceilings and a gas fireplace, the welcoming living area is the ideal place to kick back and watch your favorite show on the smart TV.

The primary suite has a king bed, patio access, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second suite has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third suite is furnished with a queen bed, while the en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided.

THINGS TO KNOW

A private golf cart can be added to your stay for an additional fee of $25/day; to arrange this amenity, please contact Vacasa at least three days in advance of your stay.
Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. This includes radios, musical instruments, and any other devices that produce or reproduce sound. Indoor music must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any amplified music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Outdoor noise and/or use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm-8am. Guests shall respect the neighbor's privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.

This was such a terrific place to host family and friends! Each bedroom has its own bath. The kitchen is bright and spacious. All amenities are available from cooking pots and pans of every size, a blender, crock pot, etc. tons of dishes and glassware! Such a comfortable home! Truly enjoyed the friendly people and activities!

This is a clean, spacious, nicely decorated home conveniently located between Downtown Palm Springs and Palm Desert. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, nice flatware, and appliances. The unit is on the golf course with a nice covered patio. Each bedroom has it own bathroom with comfortable linens. The closest pool is about a 2-3 minute walk. The unit is located by Landau St, the opposite end of the main entrance. It’s nice to walk the dog in the huge complex and look at the beautiful landscapes. The guards at the gate were nice and friendly. Booking and check in & out were fast and easy. Responses were immediate. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay and definitely recommend this rental unit.This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This home was truly spectacular! We vacationed here with our three adult children. The home was very well equipped from kitchen, linens and games. The backdrop of the golf course and mountains from the patio was lovely.
