This home is in Sunrise Park, a lovely neighborhood in central Palm Springs, one mile east of downtown. Once downtown, you'll find a wealth of acclaimed restaurants, fantastic shops, art galleries, theaters, and nightlife all along Palm Canyon Drive. If you're a golfer, you can take your pick of world-class golf courses in the area; if you're a hiker, spend a day exploring Tahquitz Canyon, three miles west, and Indian Canyons, five miles south.

The 2,400-square-foot living space is full of beautiful details, including Spanish tile, graceful arches, and a built-in Kiva fireplace inspired by the southwest. The house-wide water softener ensures you'll be feeling refreshed each morning. Each evening, grill outside in the warm desert breeze, eat in the window-lined dining room, and tell stories beneath the stars around the outdoor firepit.

Things to Know

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The house accommodated we three couples well. A nice bedroom and bathroom for each individual couple. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, cups, glasses, plates and eating utensils. The house had two different living spaces where we could hang out, and the dining area and table was equally accommodating. The backyard was well manicured and had comfortable seating for everyone in our party. The only negative aspect was that we paid to have the pool and spa heated, and the heater didn’t work. A representative fro VACASA come to the house twice and reset the breaker to no avail. On the positive side, VACASA is reimbursing us our money for this. Overall though, we had a great stay in this house!

Living as the stars did. Very nice pool and hot tub. Large house. Everything tastefully decorated and well maintained. Centrally located, but also very quiet. Just perfect.
