Bright and inviting, the single-level interior comes equipped for modern comfort. The kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup, ample counter space, and an array of cookware and serving utensils for dishing up homemade meals. There's seating for four at the breakfast bar, and indoor meals can be enjoyed at the adjacent dining table. After the day's activities, unwind in the living room with a board game or stream your favorite movies and shows on the smart TV. A sleek electric fireplace insert adds a touch of ambience for group get-togethers. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Things to Know

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD72 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.

Not a surprise Palm Springs was unbearably hot in July, but Sun and Games was a perfect place to balance the heat. Pooling shade from when you get up to 9am. Shade back over pool at 5pm so we go enjoy the water, beautifully landscaped yard and hot top. During the day every room had a smart TV for movie watching or binging. Well appointed kitchen made food prep or snacking easy. Going out in the afternoon or evening was fun and the house is close to all the Palm Springs action. Will return.

When we arrived at the home and the door mat read "so glad you're here" we knew we just found a wonderful place! Opening to door, the house is bright, clean and new! The house is completely redone and every detail was thought out from a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware and dishes to streaming televisions in every room and electronic charging options on the nightstands. The backyard is huge and the pool and spa are breathtaking. We spent so much time in the yard enjoying the pool, firepit and mountain views! This is a place that you get the full desert experience inside and out! We are coming back!

This hits all my vacation buttons. From the moment we pulled into the driveway and walked through the aqua door, we knew we were some place special. The space is so comfortable and spacious. It is light, bright and sparkling clean inside and out. Everything was easy to use from the TV's to the fireplaces and spa. Our group of 4 couples was so comfortable with four big bedrooms; two are master suites with private bathrooms and the shared bathroom is gorgeous and fine to share. The linens are top notch, the beds are so comfortable. The outdoor space is spectacular. I especially loved the fire pit and looking up at the mountains. The pool and spa are not only soothing to look at from most rooms in the house, but are such a great place to gather and soaking in the spa was fantastic. The dining areas were all big enough for our group. The kitchen is fully loaded and has everything you need from a good coffee maker to great pans, nice dishes and wine glasses. We enjoyed the games. I was a winner at cornhole. And, location, location, location!! The airport is about 5 minutes from the house and yet, we never heard any plane noise. Two of our couples were flying in from out of town. So easy. The house is so close to everything downtown. Maybe a 5 minute drive to all the shopping and dining and definitely walkable. The tram is close, and hiking and golf. There was something for everyone in our group. I would have been happy never leaving the house. I feel rested and relaxed and I can't wait to go back. This will be an annual trip for sure.
