Worked great for our annual trip! There were 3 couples so the 3 king bedrooms were perfect. Found the Vacasa team very helpful, they responded quickly to questions and had great recommendations for local restaurants. Would definitely rent this house again.

We rented this home for a girls’ trip and it was wonderful. The trees in the backyard provide shade much of the day (we went in June), and there were plenty of towels and kitchen items. It was fairly close to most of the things we wanted to do in town also. Would stay here again.

The property was beautiful and the pool/yard was great for group of 5. Very clean. But upon arrival, the pool wasn't heated (which I did request within the allotted time frame) and the iPad to control the pool was locked away. I had to call customer service to retrieve it. Also, the checkin and checkout times were too late and too early. We felt like we really didn't get to enjoy the house, especially the last day. Also, you should know this property is near the airport, so there was some plane noise.

Pool and spa heat were enabled remotely via the iAqualink app. We apologize for any aspects of our check-in and check-out times that detracted from your experience with us. Please know that we do outline both times on our listing for our guests to be aware of prior to booking. These times are in place so that we can ensure our team has plenty of time to clean the home, as well as allow the home to have some breathing time between each guest's stay. PSP Airport is centrally located and nearby, but not super close to this home. This home is not in the flight paths from the runways, so it is not exposed to excessive airport noise. The house is incredible - spacious, beautiful landscape and fabulous location. We loved using the hot tub and pool and spent a lot of time outside. Multiple bathrooms, large beds, backyard was immaculate. Very clean, lots of towels and pillows and kitchen utensils. Beds were hard and uncomfortable and the shower drains weren’t set up properly as they would flood bathrooms easily. Landscaper and pool employee came a few days without notice so that scared us a little but walking out in our swim suits and seeing someone in the backyard. Overall the house was a beautiful stay and would recommend this place but leave it with an asterik as the property management company running the place has horrible communication (meaning you have to chase them down all the way to a minute before check in) and have a lot of last minute requirements. I spoke to at least 7 different employees I think in the 48 hours before check in. Loved the house, would never rent from a Vacasa property again though.

Spent two weeks here, one of which included two grown kids, a son in law and an 8 month old grandson. Everything about the house was terrific - not the least of which was the yard, which included a lovely pool, hot tub, fire pit, multiple sitting areas and a lawn area large enough to accommodate a croquet setup (included with the house). Two master suites with two other nice bedrooms. Nicely laid out. Good and well stocked kitchen. Excellent location. We had a lovely time in the house.

Not a surprise Palm Springs was unbearably hot in July, but Sun and Games was a perfect place to balance the heat. Pooling shade from when you get up to 9am. Shade back over pool at 5pm so we go enjoy the water, beautifully landscaped yard and hot top. During the day every room had a smart TV for movie watching or binging. Well appointed kitchen made food prep or snacking easy. Going out in the afternoon or evening was fun and the house is close to all the Palm Springs action. Will return.

Overall the property would have worked out really well for us but the listing was not straightforward. We booked our stay largely because of the pool, hot tub, and yard for our 4 kiddos (all under 3). When we showed up the pool and hot tub were freezing cold so we read the instructions on how to heat the pool which stated it takes about 45 minutes to heat up but didn't have the code to do so. We then reached out to Vacasa they informed us that there was an additional $75/day charge for heat and it would take 48 hours to fully heat up plus they need a 24 hour notice. Nothing was ever mentioned about this charge when we booked nor was their an option to pay for it then but we were told it was in the booking confirmation email packet. Turns out there's one sentence in the middle of a like a 3 or 4 page PDF that says it takes up to 24 hours to heat the pool and the host needs 24 hours notice.In any case we agreed to pay the additional $75/day because it would still give the kids a couple days with warm water even if it took 48 hours instead of the 45 minutes the home instructions say. Upon agreeing to pay Vacasa they called and said they'd need to confirm with their manager about the request so I waited. When they called back I was told our request to heat the pool was denied because we didn't put in the request 72 hours prior to our arrival.So between the confirmation email packet, the home instructions, Vacasa, VRBO booking, and the manager who got involved, heating the water could take 45 minutes (home instructions), 24 hours (email), or 48 hours (Vacasa) and there's no need to put in a request because there's no mention of it (VRBO), you have to give 24 hours notice (email), you have to request 48 hours prior to your arrival (Vasasa help person)l, or you have to request 72 hours before your arrival (Vacasa manager). On top of not being able to use the pool or hot tub we were charge $60 for a pool service fee. Needless to say, it was very frustrating and disappointing to have booked a place that very openly highlights and showcases the pool and hot tub but hides how you get to do so.

Thank you, Tye, for reviewing your stay with us. We are happy you overall enjoyed our home, yet we apologize for any misunderstanding regarding pool heat and resort amenities. Listed information states 48-hour notification in advance of arrival for pool/spa heat is requested. This allows us time to inform the inspector whether or not to enable the equipment and preheat the pool during the pre-arrival inspection, usually conducted the day prior to guests arrival. We do not have available staff to enable pool/spa equipment outside of the scheduled inspections, so we typically cannot honor requests to add pool/spa heat during a guest stay. Additionally, pools and spa pools can take up to and beyond 24 hours to heat to a target temp of 86, especially during winter months. The integrated spas can usually be heated to their target temp of 102 in much less time, approximately 30 minutes. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Furthermore, we have a spa pool, which utilizes heat and water from the pool that differs from a hot tub. The fee and heating of our pool listed is optional and we are sorry for the charge and will refund you for this. We hope to host a better stay in the future when the time is right; thank you.

The house was perfect for a few small families to gather. The finishes are new, there’s plenty of seating and the kitchen is well-stocked (which isn’t always the case with rental houses). We spent most of our time outside at the pool.The one thing I’d mention is that there is a bit of road noise from Alejo—which could be heard through the bedroom walls of the one closest to the street at night.

Really enjoyed the upgrades that have been done to this open and the open feel of the floorplan. The great room was bright and sunny with kitchen that was both functional and beautiful. The backyard pool has a waterfall that runs throughout the day creating a relaxing oasis. This house is a ten out of ten - would recommend for sure!

When we arrived at the home and the door mat read "so glad you're here" we knew we just found a wonderful place! Opening to door, the house is bright, clean and new! The house is completely redone and every detail was thought out from a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware and dishes to streaming televisions in every room and electronic charging options on the nightstands. The backyard is huge and the pool and spa are breathtaking. We spent so much time in the yard enjoying the pool, firepit and mountain views! This is a place that you get the full desert experience inside and out! We are coming back!

This hits all my vacation buttons. From the moment we pulled into the driveway and walked through the aqua door, we knew we were some place special. The space is so comfortable and spacious. It is light, bright and sparkling clean inside and out. Everything was easy to use from the TV's to the fireplaces and spa. Our group of 4 couples was so comfortable with four big bedrooms; two are master suites with private bathrooms and the shared bathroom is gorgeous and fine to share. The linens are top notch, the beds are so comfortable. The outdoor space is spectacular. I especially loved the fire pit and looking up at the mountains. The pool and spa are not only soothing to look at from most rooms in the house, but are such a great place to gather and soaking in the spa was fantastic. The dining areas were all big enough for our group. The kitchen is fully loaded and has everything you need from a good coffee maker to great pans, nice dishes and wine glasses. We enjoyed the games. I was a winner at cornhole. And, location, location, location!! The airport is about 5 minutes from the house and yet, we never heard any plane noise. Two of our couples were flying in from out of town. So easy. The house is so close to everything downtown. Maybe a 5 minute drive to all the shopping and dining and definitely walkable. The tram is close, and hiking and golf. There was something for everyone in our group. I would have been happy never leaving the house. I feel rested and relaxed and I can't wait to go back. This will be an annual trip for sure.
