This updated and clean condo in the beautiful Palm Springs community of Sundance is sure to delight you and your guests. Take full advantage of Palm Springs' year-round sunshine in this light and bright vacation rental with a large courtyard with a sparkling private pool. Outfitted with two glass-enclosed patios both overlooking the pool deck, this will be just the place to enjoy the warm evenings. Three chaise lounge chairs can be used to soak in the sun or relax in the shade of the mature trees. The private saline pool and spa make for a lovely escape from the heat or evening soak as well. Inside, the living room offers a comfortable couch, additional seating for entertaining, an HDTV, and a fireplace to finish off this welcoming space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, numerous small appliances, utensils, and service ware, so you can enjoy homecooked meals inside with dining for four, or dine alfresco on the outdoor patio.

WHAT’S NEARBY

For a bit of fun right near home base, enjoy early morning or evening walks on the lovely and well-maintained greenbelt just outside the patio. Also in the complex is a shared tennis court to indulge in a bit of friendly competition. Venture into downtown, just two-and-a-half miles away, and you will have full days of fun with endless restaurants, boutiques, and attractions lining Palm Canyon Drive. If you happen to have a more outdoorsy group, wake up early and treat yourself to a hike on the foothills of Mount San Jacinto. Even more fun can be found at Joshua Tree National Park just 35 miles away!

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
For stays 29-nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact Vacasa for more information.
The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

This vacation home is perfectly stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Rooms are large and beautifully decorated. Beds and couches super comfy. Kitchen and bathrooms recently renovated to a high degree. Having your own pool is a delight. Very private. Took some time to work out how the heating controls worked but Vacasa was very helpful in this and a couple of other minor glitches.

My wife and I needed a few days of complete relaxation and got it with this condo. It was spacious, well-equipped, newly renovated, and perfectly positioned for us to enjoy all Palm Springs has to offer. The pool and overall set up in the back allowed us to enjoy the sun and get in plenty of reading. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Palm Springs. We loved everything about this home, the only downfall was that we only stayed 3 nights. We will be back! Super clean, fully stocked kitchen, fantastic bar area, peaceful and serene backyard, spacious rooms and did I mention clean!?!

We had the very good fortune to be the first guests in a beautifully renovated house. The bathroom and kitchen are extremely functional. We loved the location and the house itself and plan on returning next winter. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

The home was appointed and furnished very well, the private outdoor space with saltwater pool was relaxing and just as it appears online. We highly recommend this rental, though the rates appear to have increased a great deal from this October 2020 to October 2021. We were prepared to rent for three weeks in October 2021 and the rates appear to have doubled.

Sundance Condo is as it appears in the photographs. The home was extremely clean, well stocked and appointed. The pool area is comfortable and serves as a private retreat. The Sundance Community is quiet and well maintained. We stayed two weeks this year and have already rented it for a month in 2021. If the owners ever want to sell the property, contact us! We really fell in love with the place and hope to own a property in Sundance in the next couple of years.

Very comfortable , great location, the community was very quiet and private . The kitchen was very well stocked with everything, the bed was comfortable,and the pool was great. The living room furnishings were slightly worn and the artificial plants were dusty .
