When it's time for dinner, gather at the dining table, or dine alfresco at the 4-seat patio table. Enjoy steaks and veggies grilled up on the gas BBQ.

The kitchen is open to the dining room and has stainless steel appliances, plenty of prep space, and a large window overlooking the patio.

Perfect for couples traveling together, this home has two suites, each with an ensuite bathroom and access to the center atrium garden.

The primary suite features a queen bed, contemporary decor, TV with Blu-ray/DirecTV, and built-in shelves stocked with books; it also has a daybed that converts from a twin to a king. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a handheld sprayer, professionally installed balance handrails. (A handicap shower seat is also available.)

The second suite boasts cathedral ceilings, a king bed, seating area, electric fireplace, 42in TV with Blu-ray/DirecTV, and access to the pool. The spa-like en-suite has a sunken tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room.

The entire home and outside (including garage and street access) is one level and is ADA accessible.

Lush landscaping surrounds the walled pool and hot tub; numerous lounge chairs are ideal for sunbathing, and outdoor coolers provide easy access to beverages. From the pool, a gate opens to a 2-acre community park with 2 tennis courts.

This lovely home is large and spacious with area for the family to be together or have their own space. The decor was funky and really inspiring. It came with a full kitchen and abundant amenities. The TV system was a bit confusing and did not always work as expected. But we did not spend much time watching. The overhead fans in every room were wonderful. The location was perfect, so convenient to everything. The beds were not as comfortable as we like but that is also a matter of personal preference. The swimming pool was great and the hot tub was actually welcomed in the night. The house came with games which we played every night! A complete set of poker chips for rousing Texas hold'em! Plenty of natural light as well as lights in the home.

We had a lovely escape in the desert this past weekend at Sundance Villa. A serene, quiet location made for the ultimate getaway. Lounging by the poolside all day, to cooking dinner in the fully outfitted kitchen to catch the sunset outback. The home was very clean, with detailed instructions on access, tv, appliances etc.

Just a lovely space designed mid century modern with real home touches every where. Beds super comfy, main shower is total spa haven. Lots of natural light throughout. The home is a little older and worn but has a great vibe and feels good! Fun, private outdoor pool area, fantastic speaker system. Lots and lots a private patio and atrium spaces to relax. Great home for adults!
