Negatives: the living room sofas are very uncomfortable in case you are looking for a place to gather with your group, the living room rug was stained and taped down and a potential hazard. The backyard was in need of some TLC. Positives: the bedrooms are comfortable with lots of storage, kitchen is clean and easy to work in. Bathroom and showers are great. Across the street is our pickleball courts open for the public. We were a group of six women.

Loved The Sunny Spot! The location was perfect for our family. Loved that it was across from the park, close to downtown and grocery store! It had a good assortment of pots and pans. Plenty of dishes and utensils. It was clean! We had to figure out the A/C , heater because we have not used that type of system so maybe a cheat sheet for how to set it, but otherwise no complaints.

As you enter this quintessential mid-century Palm Springs home, an immediate sense of relaxation and comfort welcomes you. With its inviting pool, serene patio, and charming fire pit, you'll find everything you need for a truly rejuvenating stay. The newly stocked kitchen offers modern convenience, while the overall atmosphere exudes relaxation. Our family cherished our time here, enjoying a few days of tranquility before the start of the school year. The house seemed new and it is as pictured. The only issue we had was the house was full of dead insects and it was not cleaned throughly.

Everything inside seems brand new and dialed in. Every possible thing we needed was there. Kitchen equipment was amazing, plates, glassware, silverware, anything you'd need to entertain and make full, amazing meals. Extra towels and blankets, everything is labeled and easy to find. Super modern. Mirrors in the bathroom have a power button for anti-fog. recharge/usb outlets in the bedroom lamps. Big park and golf course across the street; went for an hour walk around it each day. I took my mom here for a couple of days and she wanted to stay here for a month. We absolutely loved it!

This house is so nice! First of all, the pictures show exactly what the house is. What they don't show are the little extras - fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances and cookware, comfortable beds, defrosters and lights in bathroom mirrors, private backyard, public park on other side of the street...and close to everything in Palm Springs and surrounding areas. The airport is 4 miles away and airplanes are heard (and seen coming in) so this may be an issue but was not for our family.

This home was more than we could have asked for! We stayed at the Sunny Spot for a few nights in December with our family which included young kids as well as older adults and the home perfectly accommodated all of us. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool and cabana, the outdoor fire pit, the well-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our day trips to Joshua Tree and was conveniently located across the street from a great park and is a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. We loved the home and will be back. Highly recommend!
