THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

We had a lovely stay here! The pool and house were beautiful and clean. The house was also homey and had lovely artwork to go with each room. I would recommend this place to all. The home is close to the downtown area and was a quick 10 minute Uber ride. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the homeowners and Vacasa for everything.

They thought of everything, every little detail. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable.We were fortunate to watch a hummingbird tend to her nest. We watched her with adoration and hoped they would hatch while we were there as well as a dove nest outside the kitchen window.

This is a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to downtown, but not too far from fun attractions like Joshua Tree. So many lovely amenities, lots of extra blankets, etc. They even had little mats under the master bed for the kids if they got spooked. The kitchen was also well stocked. The hosts thought of everything.

While I almost never write reviews I do now, This house was outstanding from all my previous rentals. . Clean and nice . everything labeled, more then enough supplies of e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g... Quiet neighbourhood too! It feels like the careful owners' hobby to prepare their beautiful house for renters like me! If rental perfection excist it will be here! Unfortunately the weather was against me, so I will have to return anytime soon....:)

Walking into this place did not feel like entering a vacation rental but like coming home. The house is bright, comfortable, and filled with art. It has clearly been furnished and stocked with much love for detail. We really enjoyed the large, well-equipped kitchen. This was our second stay - and we loved the place both in summer and winter. Coming back from a day of hiking in freezing temperatures in Joshua Tree National Park to relax in the hot tub and watch the stars was as enjoyable as taking a break in the pool from the heat of downtown Palm Springs. We would highly recommend this home to friends and hope to come back.

We feel so fortunate that we were able to spend a few days in this gorgeous home. It was truly perfect for us, indoors and out. Our teenage girls especially loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the view of the beautiful mountains. Spending time together outside, enjoying the private swimming pool, was great for our family. The neighborhood was very quiet, which we really appreciated. The house is situated close to downtown so it was easy and quick to get coffee and breakfast nearby, or drive downtown to get dinner and do some shopping.

If you like not being able to turn your air conditioner below 76 degrees then this is the spot for you. Really wished I would have know this before I spent 3000 dollars for 3 days. If you like sleeping in a terrarium then stay here. If not then I suggest you reach out to the homeowners and see if they have a quality air conditioner before making a deposit.

The Location and the House are 4 Stars. The Pool Area is 2 Stars. Here’s what you’ll want to know before you check in:Sunny Times is great for renters who want proximity to Palm Springs.It’s especially close to the northern design district and the aerial tramIf you enjoy walking through nice neighborhoods like Little Tuscany and Desert Palisades, its location can’t be beatWe really liked the open flow between the kitchen, dining and living areas. It was great for houseguests. There’s a lovely partial view of the mountains from the kitchen window.If you’re looking for a pretty pool setting, this is not the house. We were disappointed because the photos showed three nice chaises, a curtained sitting area and lots of greenery surrounding the patio and pool area. Instead, we found a rundown outdoor space. The landscaping around the pool has been neglected resulting in lots of bare concrete walls and empty patches of dirt. The three nice chaises were missing. Everything needs updating, painting and replanting. Always wanting to end on a positive, we appreciated the high quality washer and dryer in the very clean garage.The key feature is the Location.

House and pool were great. It was supposed to have a hot tub. Nope. We weren’t told to bring extra TP. Strange. They started construction next door at 7:20. Very loud. Overall house was great for our needs. Very close to downtown but quiet except for construction.

House was better than expected. Good location in a very quiet neighborhood. Just a mile or two to many downtown restaurants. Very close to aerial tram. Home is updated, well maintained and clean. Well stocked and nicely decorated. Home has a lot of little touches that make it very comfortable and homey. Pool area is larger than expected and surrounded with nice foliage.
Spa was not as warm as we would prefer even though we paid for heat, however, it is a spa connected to pool and not hot tub. We have stayed in a lot of vacation homes and this ranks near the top of our list! Would stay again and hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful time staying in this house.

After so may rental disasters in other cities, this house was an excellent choice. Especially noteworthy was the amount of linens, dishes and all the essentials needed in a home away from home. The house is newly remodeled, so we had nice bathrooms and a spacious kitchen.

The neighborhood was walkable and convenient to Palm Springs tourist destinations and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home and would recommend it to anyone visiting Palm Springs. The house was perfectly clean and ready for our arrival, and there were nice touches from both Vacasa and the owner. It's a nice home that is well maintained and has upgrades throughout. The pool was heated per our request and serviced during our stay, so we were able to enjoy it at all times. We'll be back!

Such a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood! We especially loved relaxing in the lovely outdoor space and it was tough to get the kids out of the pool! The home was even better than pictured and you can tell that the homeowner went above and beyond to make sure that the home was welcoming and comfortable for guests. We will definitely be back!

Great place! Looks exactly as advertised in-person. The management company is great at responding quickly and being proactive about caring for your stay. Rented for Coachella—it’s a bit far from the venue but a $10 Uber/Lyft to two different shuttle spots.
