Located in the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood, this stylish retreat is in a great location to check out everything this city has to offer. When you want to venture out, make the short three-mile drive over to downtown and spend the day exploring local boutiques, delicious restaurants, art galleries, and casinos that line the famous Palm Canyon Drive. When you have worked up an appetite, try Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, and Rooster or the Pig (takeout only) for a delicious bite. For a bit of outdoor activity, the hiking trails and golf courses will be just the ticket for soaking up some sun. If you want to take a day trip, the beauty of Joshua Tree National Park is just 35 miles away offering hiking trails, rock climbing, and even a cholla cacti garden!

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
For stays 29-nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact Vacasa for more information.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
Pool/Spa heat can be used for an additional fee of $95/night and must be requested 48 hrs in advance.

We loved the mid century modern feel of the cute house. It was a short $10 Uber ride from downtown and a great place to stay for 4-6 people. If you are going with friends, I highly recommend skipping the hotels and getting a rental like this one, as the hotel pools are very crowded in the summer. The Back Yard is private and peaceful. The Pool was perfect temperature (in June). We made frequent trips between downtown Palm Springs, coming back to cool off in the pool. The house had everything we needed, fast wifi, plenty of towels for the pool, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make the food we brought. The EV charger was an added bonus.

I home is built for remote comfort. Light control, temperature adjustment and appliances are all easy to use and operate. Beds are good and rooms have space. The pool is large and fun. We brought our dogs and they all enjoyed the trip. I had hoped to sleep in and had difficulty due to a loud sweet singing bird that starts at 5 am. We visited an escape room down the street and the Aerial tram to the forest.

I was left so incredibly disappointed in this trip. A few times a year my husband and I book a staycation through AirBnB. This time I tried Vrbo. This home was lacking EVERYTHING for the price. The floors were stained and looked dirty. The windows had stains everywhere. The sheets had BLOOD stains on them. The walls were painted over. For almsot $2k for 3 nights, you’d think you would have luxury. Even the toilet paper was motel 6 quality. Everything provided for our stay was disappointing. Cheap was the best way to sum up this “luxury” home. The pool was dirty, and all that was provided was a net. For the cost, you’d think the owners would invest in a filter system that would keep it clean. I’ve stayed in over 10+ pool homes through the years and this was our most expensive one (we wanted to splurge). Yet the experience was the worst. I expected so much more. The side gate didn’t have a lock. Anyone could have walked onto the property. The sprinklers would turn on randomly throughout the day. Sprinklers should be scheduled to be on between 3am-5am.My husband and I went for a swim and left our phones on the table and the sprinklers turned on randomly at 4 in the afternoon almost soaking our phones. Yes, they tell you that they are going to run between a certain time, but that is so inconvenient. We had to leave the pool because the wind and sprinkler combo was so uncomfortable. The bed and pillows were the worst quality. No structure in the pillows. They felt lumpy and old. The shower floor was filled with so much grime, we were disgusted to go in there. Overall, this place is using its “as seen on tv” to trick you into a luxury experience when you’re probably better off at a motel 6. Words and this review cannot describe how incredibly disappointed I am in this trip and the money that we saved and splurged that was now absolutely wasted. Owners, please do a better job with accommodations. People work hard to take trips like this and it’s not fair to them to show up to whatever that was.

This is a well appointed house and it was a pleasure to stay here during our time in Palm Springs. The space is kid-friendly (i.e. no breakable decor on surfaces, etc) and the pool was clean and lovely to look at. Unfortunately, even though we paid for the pool to be heated, it was freezing cold and the in-ground remote for the spa lacked any instructions on how to use it. The linens were clean, but the rugs and dining chairs could use a refresh (dingy and stained). The kitchen lacked a broom to sweep up crumbs that kids inevitably leave on kitchen floors. We loved the period-appropriate light fixtures, living room furniture, and bedroom furniture. The interior design elevates the experience and was one of the top reasons we chose to stay here. The aesthetics did not disappoint. Additionally, the BOSCH appliances are a nice touch and speak to the quality taste of the owners. We would stay here again, but hope the hosts will consider a few tweaks. Thank you!

We loved the pool. The house was decorated beautifully. It would be nice if you left more details in the home amenities description such as in the kitchen a refrigerator and stove. We called to ask if there might be a coffee maker and we were told no! Yet when we arrived there was a espresso machine and a coffee maker as well as many other nice amenities.

Small house, sizable yard, equipped for remote / travel work. Instructions to obtain house keys were incorrect, requiring a phone call. Hallway shower was corroded by calcium, requiring a phone call. Pool heat encountered issues, requiring a phone call. Pool facing security cameras appeared to be on, which was concerning for privacy reasons. On call team quick to respond, which was much appreciated. Honest review, would still recommend.

The house was really clean. Could stock up on face towels just in case someone forget to pack them like me. The master bed room shower water pressure was lite as well as the secondary bathroom faucet on the sink. Overall the house is really cute. I love how they have HULU on the TV and the sound bar.

We loved so much about this house: The pool is giant - probably the largest private pool I have ever been in. The amount of grass is amazing. Great for your dog or small kids or just for being able to walk around outside without getting your feet burnt. The house is lovely and the kitchen appliances are top notch. The amount of available towels was freeing. We called about a slow drain in the master shower and the plumber Russell was both quick to respond and delightful to talk to.
There were a few things we didn't love: no storage for non-perishables in the kitchen, no dresser in master bedroom, other than an umbrella - no proper shade in yard, master needs blackout shades for the sliding door due to facing the east. But none of these are dealbreakers. We had a great time.

Now I feel silly for asking if the home came equipped with basic kitchen items. This house had everything we needed in the kitchen and beyond. The pool is a good size and the yard is huge. The home is mid-century modern to the max and absolutely lovely. Even the shadows cast by the outdoor lighting was thoughtfully done. The only negative was the bedding as mentioned by other reviewers. Not a big deal in my opinion. Everything else more than makes up for it.

The rental company was a breeze to work with too. Responsive and helpful.

Overall, we really enjoyed the house. The backyard is beautiful, and the interiors are small but finished well. The pool is large and the tanning shelf is a nice touch! However, there are only two lounge chairs, which I found odd. Two more would be an improvement. The kitchen is very well-stocked for cooking (although weirdly we could not find a sponge for dishes).

I would suggest that the owners upgrade the bed linens - the sheets were a horrible polyester blend and the pillows were stiff foam. If I were to book this home again I’d bring my own sheets! They were that bad.

We had a bit of a bumpy start. We were not checked in until after 430 on a Friday evening. And when we arrive the pool and jacuzzi was full of trash, dirt and other debris. But! After two phone calls, and 1 very helpful representative name Amelia we were checked in quickly, and a pool man with amazing energy showed up at 8am Saturday morning.
The house is fully stocked with all your kitchen needs, so many bathroom and pool towels, and plenty of TP and paper towels. All the appliances are high tech and brand new. But easy to figure out. The fridge is small so be sure to bring extra coolers and ice to keep the beers and seltzer’s cold. We were aware of this so we arrived prepared.
The fire pit is fun to use, and the pool is great for child like fun. There was only 6 of us so we had ample seating outside. We brought inflatables for the pool so we all hung out on those as well.
The house itself is beautiful. But we utilized the backyard and pool more than anything.
Just FYI they rattle off lots of rules. Just say ok and treat the house, pool, and neighborhood with respect. Clean up after yourself (dump the trash, wash the towels, and strip the beds, fill the dishwasher, and don’t break anything) you won’t have any issues, and you will really love the house.

Great place.. ample room for our pets. Make sure you add the pool/spa heating in the winter, it is worth it! We really like the smart home features and the Toto toilet in the master bathroom. Only thing that we had a slight issue with was the kitchen. First, there was a window next to the sink with no shade (people could look straight inside) and the lack of a pantry. We had to keep a lot of our groceries on the counters or on shopping bags. Other than that, no complaints.
