The pool and jacuzzi were lovely but very cold - 56 degrees and we missed the chance to get it heated (because VRBO and Vacasa don't clearly offer the option to pay for it ahead of time and have a rigid policy.)

Thank you for your feedback. The listing clearly states that pool/spa heat requires 1 day’s notice and a $72/day fee prior to check-in:

“1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.”

This information is also included in the booking confirmation to ensure guests have the opportunity to add the amenity.

Regarding the furnishings, the home is set up exactly as shown in the photos. The layout complies with city safety requirements, keeping exits clear and allowing proper access to the laundry area.

The house is very nice and roomy. Needs done upgrades but nothing disappoints. Only one thing. When you do laundry it’s in the living room so kinda noisy when watching YV.

This was the perfect location for our team to decompress after longs days at the trade show. Communication to get the pool/spa heated once they arrived was not a problem. Will definitely consider this Vrbo for any future trips to Palm Springs.

This home is very comfortable and peaceful. I lived in a house in town for 10 years that was built in the same era. Solid lathe and plaster construction with an emphasis on the pool area. This home has not been renovated to reflect what is in style today and I love that about it. It was very clean and the patina made it feel like home. Overlook the old school single pane windows and dated original cabinets and enjoy a classic style home from the 50s-60s of Palm Springs past. Only wish I was able to park my classic car in the driveway to make the experience complete. Highly recommended.

Very nice 3 bedroom house. Good beds, plenty of usable space, and nice furnishings. Weekly gardener and pool service made the exterior really nice. Close to downtown Palm Springs with great restaurants and shopping.
