You'll find this condo community just over a mile east of downtown Palm Springs, where renowned restaurants, wonderful shops, and lively casinos and nightlife await on Palm Canyon Drive. Travel with ease to and from Palm Springs International Airport (two miles southeast). Spend your days playing golf at one of the dozens of nearby courses, hiking in Tahquitz Canyon (four miles south) and Indian Canyons (seven miles south), or touring the Palm Springs Art Museum (three miles southwest).

The condo was exactly as pictured. Nicely furnished, good floorplan and very comfortable. Would work well for 2 couples as there's good separation between the bedrooms. King bed is comfortable and the pillows offer a choice of firmness. This is the only vacation rental we've ever stayed in that has had an abundance of hangers! Thanks.

The outdoor spaces are comfortable and well furnished. We didn't use the BBQ, but it was clean and it's a gas grill. Huge movie/DVD inventory available. TV was internet only with Prime and Hulu as the main apps available. Kitchen is well equipped.

The pool is very close by and there are several other pools a short walk away if this one is closed for maintenance (as happened during our stay) it wasn't a huge inconvenience.

Good location in Palm Springs as it is easy to get anywhere you want to go. The airport is nearby and there is a little noise from planes when outdoors depending on the direction the planes are flying that day (wind direction will influence this) but it isn't a big deal and you don't hear any noise indoors.

Vacasa's cleaning staff left the condo spotless for us. However that was the only plus. We understand that Vacasa recently took over from Vacation Palm Springs, but expected conveniences were not provided. Upon entry into the condo there was no: 2nd set of keys, no key to the pool gate (which also accessed the other gates at the complex), no remote garage opener and no information binder about the condo (nor was there a digital version).

We called on day 2 and did not get a key for the pool until day 3 (after we threatened to leave) and they finally programmed a new garage remote on day 10. There was only one electronic key to get in the front gate and no code provided so we had to meet any friends or delivery people at the gate (this would be a big problem if you had 2 cars).

10 days into our 14 day stay Vacasa was taking care of a drip irrigation leak issue reported by prior tenants. So, we will think long and hard before renting a unit managed by Vacasa again.
