With just the right combination of togetherness and privacy, everyone can relax in their own space. The property was recently renovated with family vacations in mind. Head outside and you'll be greeted by the panoramic mountain views, creating a perfect oasis. Indulge in the sparkling pool (which can be heated for a fee), the private hot tub, and ample outdoor seating for tanning or relaxing. Inside, you'll love the open feel this home provides while still offering fantastic privacy. The interior is also ideally suited for entertaining. The house features two living areas, one is a great conversation area, and the other with leather sofas and a large 70' TV. Gather with loved ones for board games as the chef of the group whips up a delicious meal in the gourmet kitchen!

The house offers five stylish bedrooms that are separate and spacious, smart HDTVs, the luxurious comfort of Stearns and Foster mattresses, and three modern bathrooms, with a fourth full bath in the pool house.

Sitting within walking distance of three golf courses, two foursomes will fall in love with this golfer's sanctuary! Demuth Park is a couple blocks away with pickleball, tennis, and a playground. If golf isn't your game, there is plenty to do away from the course, such as heading downtown to explore the various shops, restaurants, and attractions that this city is famous for. Take some time to check out the various celebrity homes, as Palm Springs is an epicenter of mid-century architecture.

Things to Know

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

The Sunsational Views home was great for our party of 8. We had plenty of room to hang out, both inside and out. The four king beds were very comfortable, and the ample linens and towels felt high end. Although we didn't heat the pool, it was warm enough, and the hot tub was great. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookwear and spices.

This home is big enough for the whole family although ours was a softball team . We had more than enough room and the location was perfect. Close to everything we needed.the pool and hot tub were a wonderful amenity! Would definitely rent this home again.

The furniture and decor is lovely, both inside and out. We used and loved all the different pool seating areas. There were TVs in the bedrooms and family rooms, great for our various basketball, Oscar and movie watchers. There are plenty of towels, the linens feel new, and the decor is lovely. We walked the neighborhood every evening, and while it is a neighborhood in transition, we felt perfectly comfortable. We were a little skeptical when we first arrived (having come from glitzier parts of Palm Springs), but the house and neighborhood grew on us every day til we were surprised we ever had doubts. Oh, and Demuth Park is a short walk. We went over for morning free pickleball at the public courts, and drop in basketball in the afternoons at the Demuth Community Center at the other end of the park.

Loved this property for our large group of 12. We arrived to a spotless home and everything was as described in the listing. The check in process could have been a little more clear (I was told in-person check in was needed, despite what email said, but it was not and everything was handled over the phone), but that was only a minor thing. Thanks for the great stay!

There was a large group of 8 teachers staying at your house in Palm Springs for the CUE conference. The house was well appointed with comfortable beds, eight bedrooms, great outdoor dining space, and lots of nooks and crannies for people to hang out together or by themselves. We had a large family gathering and there was plenty of space for everyone to be together but also comfortable spaces for time apart. Our only real complaint was the casita— it was hot even with AC and the WiFi was so slow we had to use cellular instead. Minor issues were a few indoor cockroaches/crickets/mosquitos, the sofa bed was broken, the pool was dirty and murky, and the washer/dryer didn’t work well. Despite these few nuances, we’d absolutely rent again. The quality for the price was fair, especially compared to similar sized rentals in the area. There was plenty of parking, cozy beds, and the showers were dreamy. Customer service was top notch— friendly and always helpful. Thank you Vacasa for letting us use your home!

We loved the cleanliness of the homes and the two houses together. However the jacuzzi didn’t work and the pool didn’t ever heat even though we paid for 3 days of heated pool.

I had the great pleasure of recently staying at this well-appointed, comfortable and modern retreat. The property has been completely renovated. It includes two homes, an outdoor kitchen with spacious patio area, and a sparkling pool and new hot tub. We had a large family gathering to celebrate a significant anniversary of my parents, and this was the perfect rental to suit the number of guests and all of our needs. Lots of space, plenty of privacy, everything new and fresh, (paint, floors, appliances, furniture!), stunning bathrooms with beautiful tile work and fixtures, and a very short drive from the airport. What a treat it was for us to prepare meals in a brand new kitchen (both homes), with every tool and gadget on hand. And with the size of our group, it never felt crowded or cramped, as we utilized all of the comfy places to gather to sit and chat, watch a movie, play in the pool with a remarkable mountain vista, or play cards and sit around the bar with a nice glass of wine (even a wine cooler!) Booking was fast and easy, the agent very helpful and friendly, and I fell in love with Palm Springs – a clean, safe, well-designed and attractive town with so many great restaurants to chose from. Can’t wait to come back, and definitely reserving this ‘Sunsational’ spot again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation retreat.

A group of friends stayed at the Sunsational property, and we loved the entire weekend experience. The open floor plan of the property was perfect for social and meal planning, and the pool--wow, what a killer amenity--was great for relaxing, cooking outside, floating, soaking, and listening to music. And the separate hot tub at the property was very, very nice, after we hiked Joshua Tree, which is pretty close to Palm Springs. The location of the property was also great (it`s very close to the airport, without the noise issues), and given it`s proximity to the airport and downtown Palm Springs, we didn`t even need to rent a car, so we Ubered everywhere, which was affordable and easy. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, too, which we loved, and ensured that our weekend was relaxing and chill. The bedrooms were all great, stocked with tons of towels, and there were so many rooms and bathrooms--even a great one out off the pool--it made things work out well with our big group. The place is very charming, relaxing, and perfect for families and groups, in a quiet neighborhood close to all the key cool things to do in Palm Springs. Loved it!!!

Freaking awesome - location, set-up - everything! We visited with a group of 10 and we had extra space. Modern, creatively decorated, clean and lots of cool spaces to hang with people or to be alone to read a book. The views from the pool area are amazing. The pool is heated and you don`t want to leave it - we just swam, floated and had fun for hours (the cocktails certainly helped). We cooked a few times in both houses and it is stocked with all the pots/pans/implements you need - even a blender for our strawberry basil margs, and crock pot for pulled pork! Such a great space. It was hard to leave.

The main home and smaller “casita” home have been beautifully remodeled and are decorated impeccably. I felt like I was staying at a five star resort. All the amenities are up-to-date and functional. There was plenty of “gathering spaces” as well as private areas for more intimate settings. In the backyard, the views of the mountains are incredible and heated pool was awesome! Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house was stunning, extremely clean, and filled with every amenity we could need, but my absolute favorite experience was lounging in the home`s ample private pool on a flamingo float while gazing at the breathtaking mountains of Palm Springs. The home is gorgeous, clean, and full of fabulous amenities. The kitchen was easy to cook in when we weren`t dining out. The main living room has a large TV and comfy couch that was perfect for watching movies with a margarita or two. The beds were extremely comfortable and the flat screen TVs in each room were perfect for winding down at night. The bathrooms were also impeccable and better than a fancy hotel. The entire stay was smooth and without issue.

This house is close to the airport and downtown. It was entirely remodeled. Common areas are great, The pool, pool deck, and outdoor furniture are outstanding. Bedrooms were very well appointed too with good quality sheets/comforters and good beds. Having two separate houses was actually very convenient to keep a bit of privacy with 14 people living together for 4 days. Both kitchens were nicely appointed and the owners left some basic necessities like salt/pepper/sugar and a few other things. They also provided *many* bath towels - very convenient. Last but not least, all appliances (from AC to dishwasher) worked perfectly. Everything considered, very nice experience

The house, cabana and grounds provided our large group with all the comforts of home and then some. We especially enjoyed the private pool, hot tub and open floor plan for entertaining and relaxation. We enjoyed several days of the sights and activities that PS has to offer, followed by casual afternoons poolside, enjoying the scenic views and comfortable and ample seating arrangements. Our large group was perfectly happy with our choice of this rental. The rooms were large and well appointed, the restrooms clean and updated and the kitchen equipment met our somewhat demanding requirements.

Exceeded expectations! The homes are spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and up-to-date. The multiple living areas allow for both large gatherings and more intimate conversation simultaneously. A recently diagnosed illness meant my trip was focused more on lots of R&R and sometimes an early bedtime. This property was the ultimate retreat and incredibly comfortable. I could rest in complete quiet in a bedroom well off the main living area while other guests continued to party. The pool is huge and heated and there are multiple seating areas outside in addition to poolside furniture. You simply don’t want to leave the pool! The view of the mountains is stunning and the golf courses and walking path nearby were a plus. The beauty of this property is that a family can spread out and spend all day at the house without ever feeling cramped or bored. We will be going back.

A large group of us (friends from across the country) were fortunate enough to reunite on this lovely property. It is super convenient to the airport. The mountain views from the home are stunning and spectacular! The house itself is beautifully appointed and couldn`t be more comfortable. The outdoor areas around the pool are perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a happy hour cocktail, for reading a book or visiting with friends. In my opinion, this home has it all. My only regret is we couldn`t stay longer.

I was amazed by the interior and exterior beauty and privacy of this fantastic home. The den with its huge screen TV next to the open modern and clean kitchen was a great meeting point for our group of 12 not to mention the pool right outside the sliding glass doors. This was a lovely accommodation. You could tell that the owner put lots of thinking behind every small detail; this made our stay feel almost like being at home. That comfy yet stylish feeling is hard to find in any vacation rental but this one knocked it out of the park.

The place was perfect for us. We had 12 people there and there was plenty of room to socialize. We did a lot of hanging out by the pool and enjoying the beautiful views. The houses had large rooms to get together as well and were well appointed and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very nice with great tile work. Wow. What a nice rental home in Palm Springs. If you are looking for a large place for your group or extended family, this is the place for you. The house is so comfortable, we could have just stayed there the whole time.The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but not far from things to do. Downtown and hiking are just a few minutes drive away and there is golf and a waterpark within walking distance or short drive. The main house is spacious and tastefully-appointed, with multiple living areas for your group to congregate. There is also a wonderful guest house on the property with 3 bedrooms and a very nice full kitchen and dining room. All of this is connected to a wonderful pool and outdoor living area in the backyard.We`ll definitely be returning.

We had a fantastical weekend at the Sunsational Views home in Palm Springs. The home is in a great location - minutes from the airport and downtown and just a couple of blocks from a huge park. I`m not a golfer, but it`s actually within walking distance to a couple of golf courses too. The house itself was spotlessly clean, stocked with everything we needed and decorated with newer furniture. Layout of the house was perfect for a group of people- many bedrooms and several living rooms, so we could hang out together as well as have some separate time away as well. The pool and patio were our favorite `living room` for the weekend. We spent much of our time floating in the pool or hanging out with cocktails on the patio which had plenty of seating. All within views of the mountains. Gorgeous.

Our large (12) group of friends really felt at home in this house plus casita. Feels like new, but with mid-century charm. I liked how many different places were `sit around and talk` ready, but also lots of seating to read a book. My favorite was the pool area, as we had privacy, but views of mountains and palm trees. And oh, yes, isn`t that Bob Hope`s estate on that mountain that we see? Cool. The staff was amazing. Good job. Made it easy.
