When you're not out on the town or relaxing at home, you'll find dozens of championship golf courses in the immediate area (including the semi-private Shadow Mountain Golf Club half a mile southeast), the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens two miles south, and a number of fantastic hiking trails in the mountains to the west.

It’s so tricky trying to book something when you are on the other side of the world and you want to get it right for your family’s stay….. This house was perfect! From handling our enquiry, check in communication and the quick responses and action and to check out info, Vacasa were great with their customer service!The house itself is fabulous! So well equipped and exactly as described. I call it retro chic! The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you need to cook with and the bedding and towels were lovely! We wanted to be able to walk to El Paseo and this was perfect- it was really lovely being able to walk to shops and restaurants.

Easy to El Paseo and a clean unit. Not the most functional unit but the location made up for it. It was a great value and the tennis courts and heated pool were a plus. For the value we would stay again.

Walk to everything! Very clean and the host thought of everything. Parking is steps from condo. Had a little trouble finding the parking lot but Mo at Vacasa was so helpful. It is so quiet and peaceful at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Location couldn't be more convenient for any desert activity - easy access to Palm Desert, Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, Indian Wells, etc. Free parking & comfortable bed make this a lovely spot for your next trip.

I gave this condo 5 stars last month. It was so nice I booked it again for December. When we arrived we did not have a clean condo. There was a previous guest’s hooded baby towel and adult swimsuit hanging on the back of the upstairs hallway bathroom door. Long black hair in both hallway and master bath showers. The travel sizes products were even placed on top of the hair on the bench of the shower. Dishes were put away with food on them. We notified the property management representative who said she opened a ticket and we would be contacted by housekeeping or management. We were never contacted. I will now look for another property when staying in Palm Desert.

The location is great and the owner has supplied the condo with many items to make the trip perfect. Very comfortable and clean. Beds are comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms clean and stocked with the basic supplies. I’ll be back!

The condo is perfectly located just behind El Paseo. Easy walking distance to everything. Open plan kitchen dining living room and powder room downstairs, two bedroom two bathroom upstairs. Clean, comfortable, air-conditioned. Two parking spots a short walk to the door. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks.
