Just a mile from this vacation rental, you'll find several restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and big box stores all along Highway 111. The Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals are held at the Empire Polo Club, just a little over six miles from your door. Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino is only seven miles east of this rental if you want to try your luck at some adult gaming. Or bring your clubs and book your spot on several fantastic golf courses in the area, some of which are world-famous!

THINGS TO KNOW

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

We loved our stay at this place.. the only recommendations I would make for improvements is to make sure everything is working ( ceiling fan in master bedroom did not work and shower off of this room had water pressure problems and the same for the sink on the left side of this bathroom (had double sinks)-our stay was very comfortable-kitchen was well stocked with necessary items and loved that the refrigerator had ice and water dispenser! Would highly recommend this place!

Lovely home with thoughtful accommodations to comfortably fit 6 people.
Hot tub/pool were a big hit with our two boys and we appreciated all the available pool toys. Kitchen had all necessary amenities for cooking meals.
Very responsive management company staff who helped us with our questions.

This place is as advertised, so nothing major to share other than some general thoughts

- if you are in the area for something and need a place to sleep and eat, this is probably perfect for you. It is clean, and has the basic needs

- if you plan on spending most of your time at the house and pool, I would recommend looking around a bit

This home was well decorated and so clean. They had so many great amenities and the beds were so cozy. My group of 6 women had enough space to stretch out in the living room, spend time in the kitchen, and sleep very comfortably. The pool was great and very clean and well kept. The house was located close to many restaurants and attractions and I will definitely be staying here again!!

This truly had everything we wanted! The rooms were spacious and so comfortable, the decoration is homey and stylish, the pool was great for the heat. I think it was only about 10 minutes driving to town. So nice! Hope to be back!

This vacation home was the perfect place for our girls get away in June. It was close to restaurants and not far from shopping. The accommadations were comfortable, and we all had beds to sleep in. The decor was also very relaxing. The pool in the back was private and refreshing. Gorgeous place.

Stayed at the home for husband’s baseball tournament. We had another family with us and we still had plenty of room for everyone. The location of the house put us in perfect distance from all the baseball fields we had to drive to (and had a washer and dryer to keep the smelly uniforms clean). We were also very close to grocery stores or restaurants. The place was overall was beautiful, quiet, and spotless. Our friends have even asked for the location just to go back for a quiet relaxing weekend. I would highly recommend!!!
