The location within The Oasis is nice. You are close to a pool and in a cul-de-sac so it is very private. A bit of road noise as Hwy 111 is just across the back fence. Unit is roomy and has a nice layout. Good potential... but very tired and kitchen is not well stocked if you are hoping to do much cooking.

My wife and I spent a delightful week at this condo. Handsomely appointed and even though it was hot outside we were delighted with all the comforts of home in a relaxed upscale atmosphere. Absolutely loved the decor plus one of the complex's many swimming pools is right across the street. Would definitely stay here on our next trip to the desert.

Property is super tired. WiFi didn’t work. Rules on air conditioning usage is overly punitive. Clearly high maintenance owners / property that only accommodates a low maintenance guest.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home and location in Palm Springs. The amenities and large layout is perfect for a couple or two. A lovely kitchen and grill with the grocery store 3 min away make for great home cooked meals- the pool hopping options are endless and the AC and laundry made our 21 day stay more comfortable than we could imagine.

We have family in the area so we really just needed a place to sleep. This was much better than a hotel. It was located in a really nice gated community and the people were very friendly. There are 8 pools, and we visited several (they are kept at different temperatures so we had to find the Goldie locks of pools). The bed in the master was very comfortable and the bathrooms were decent. I would definitely stay there again. We didn’t use the back patio, but there was a lot of road noise if you were going to use it.

The house was in a nice, central area. Location is quick walk to pool and jacuzzi. Previous review mentioned street noise and was correct in that we could only hear it outside. We didn't spend any time on the patio though because the bbq wasn't working and property management never called us or came to fix it. Also would have told them that water pipes make noises that you can hear in the master bedroom. Bed wasn't that comfortable unless you like a firm mattress. House was ok for a short visit.

A very nice condo in a great location near a variety of activities! The pool and spa were just across the street. The condo is located near a busy road so traffic noise is a little loud in the backyard, but not in the condo itself. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to others.
