This modern vacation town-home is located just a few blocks from Palm Canyon Drive, the main street of Palm Springs, making it mere minutes to downtown, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and the I-10 freeway. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is also nearby, within a 5-mile drive. A few favorite places to grab a bite are Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, and Rooster and the Pig (takeout only). For a bit of outdoor activity, the hiking trails at Tahquitz Canyon will be just the ticket for soaking up some sun. If you want to take a day trip, the beauty of Joshua Tree National Park is just 35 miles away offering hiking trails, rock climbing, and even a cholla cacti garden!

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

This location was beautiful, it was close to the main street of shops and restaurants but also far enough to where it was quiet once you got to the home. Entering the home first off.It was wonderfully clean and fresh the little details made it perfect.I love how every room in the home had the option to control the brightness of the lights not just simple on and off. Instruction booklets at the entrance to all the amenities were a wonderful help we did not struggle at all. The hot tub was a dream. It is a big hot tub that allows jet control and even the lights to set the mood you want. We can alone just my husband and I but next time I will be bringing company I'm sure they'll like it too. I feel like the price is definitely worth it. The weeks leading up to our stay the customer service was great we received several emails and text messages reminding us of our stay and listing clearly what we needed to do on our end so that was nice too.

Extremely well appointed home! All appliances are very nice and well thought out. Lighting throughout house has dimmers and is very nicely done. Biggest hot tub on the planet! Loved spending time in the tub, but wish it would have been warm enough to use on the first night. Water fountains help to minimize the traffic noise from Palm Canyon Dr.. But we could still hear the airplanes landing at the nearby airport. Great location to enjoy downtown Palm Springs! Enjoyed our morning walks in the neighborhood and meet some of the neighbors. Had a few minor issues and Vacasa and the Owner made them right immediately-greatly appreciated! We would certainly recommend friends to this house! Thanks for making our vacation wonderful!

Spend the week working from this great little house. My last VRBO rental was dirty and poorly kept up. This place couldn`t have been more different. It was spotless, quiet, close to town, totally well-equipped for my family to cook and clean, and had a lovely little yard that my dog adored. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Did not contact us on time for check-in and didn't get back to us for over an hour. The property was not cleaned thoroughly, kitchen had food left on it and sheets were stained. The fire pit was not working and had to be serviced. The pool maintenance person showed up unannounced without a mask and let himself into the property while we were there. And there were stains on the carpet inside one of the bedrooms when we checked in, which the company is now trying to say we caused. Do not recommend booking this location.

The villa was a perfect getaway spot for my friends and I. We enjoyed that it was close 5 minute drive to all the popular downtown spots but also far away to enjoy privacy and quiet.
