Recline and enjoy the breeze, or cook out on the private gas grill. Inside, central air conditioning and a ceiling fan in each bedroom allow for guest comfort any time of day. The open living area is bathed in natural light. The expansive full kitchen features full-size appliances, ample counter space, and helpful tools to assist in putting together your favorite meals for friends and family. If you prefer to dine al fresco, there's a dining table for six on the patio. After dinner, unwind with a game of pool or gather around the gas fireplace. One bedroom features an alcove-style office space, perfect for completing remote assignments. Whether you come for work or play, this home has room for everyone to relax in unique Cathedral City serenity. Additionally, guests of this community have access to more than 30 pools and jacuzzis. You can also gain access to the fitness center, golf course, and tennis and pickleball courts for a reasonable fee. A spa and restaurant are on the premises for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW

Per CCMC 5.96, No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10 pm to 8 am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well.
Guests shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.
There is a gated entrance with a 24/7 guard.
Pool towels are provided for guest use.
Guests must travel by car to reach this home.
The max temperature of the pool is set to 86 degrees and the spa is at 102 degrees.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: Parking: You may park in the driveway or on the street (No buses, campers or RVs). No garage parking. Maximum 2 vehicles are allowed on-site.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
3 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD72 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

The house was very nice and comfortable. It offered a lot of nice amenities and the comforts of home. I liked the big kitchen and dining area! The pool was a very nice retreat at the end of each day and the patio was a great place to relax with plenty of privacy!

This was the second stay for us in this villa. Bright, open space with all amenities we expect from a high-end stay. Neighborhood (Desert Princess) is gorgeous and safe.

The home was spacious, clean, well maintained. The backyard is very nice for relaxation, with a small pool with 90+ degree water and a beautiful view of a small lake with golf greens beyond. It is, however, about 20 min or more to the most popular areas, but a short drive to and from the airport.
