*The pool or pool spa can be heated upon request for guest stays of three nights or longer! 24 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $72 per day plus tax must be paid prior to check-in. The pool and spa can be heated to 87 degrees (no jets) or the spa (only) can be heated with jets to 102 degrees
**Please note that the city of La Quinta has a vacation rental ordinance requiring a minimum of one occupant to be at least 30 years of age. This person will be responsible for ensuring all applicable laws and rules are followed by the group of renters

Great house, very pretty and had everything we needed for our stay. My only complaints would be it was frustrating having to wait on the customer service line for a long time every time I had a question about the house since it is owned by a company instead of an individual owner. The hot tub does not heat up to the temperature mentioned in the post and seems like something is wrong with it.

Had a fantastic stay at Villa Obregon. Loved the colorful interior decorating and comfortable accommodations. The pool was the highlight and we spent almost all our time swimming. If you stay here during hot weather, I would suggest bringing umbrellas. We had a few and used them for shade while we soaked. I recommend this place and would definitely return again!

The house was clean and beds were comfortable! Check in communication was proactive, organized and friendly. We loved swimming all weekend. The house had most of what we needed to make food, but we had to run out several times for different condiments (mustard and ketchup) and other items, like ziploc bags. We brought our own pool noodles and floats. We would recommend a stay here!

This home was very clean. We used it for a work week trip with three other co-workers. It was perfect for four people. We paid the extra to use the spa in the evenings and It was worth it in February's cool evenings. Nice hiking trails just down the street. We had to turn the gas pilot on upon arrival which was unusual, but I knew how to do it. Overall great little house!

Very beautiful Mexican-decorated theme throughout. Spacious bedrooms and living room, very comfortable, loved the pool and just hanging out in the living room. The pool and patio are perfect for relaxing, hanging out, and grilling. Big TV in the living room and in the main bedroom, efficient Wifi. The kitchen is stocked with basic appliances and accessories. If you're planning meals you may want to bring some of the things you need (sheet pans, pin roller, mixer, etc.), same thing for the pantry.
Loved the pool and we enjoyed very hot weather so we did not opt to heat it and didn't have to pay the high fees.
Door to the bathroom in the main bedroom is broken so there's a curtain installed. We didn't mind but I can see how others may find it a problem.

Such a a cute place. Perfect for a girls’ weekend. We stayed in the pool all weekend. Great privacy. Never left the house Except to go buy a wine opener. House definitely needs a wine opener. A Bluetooth speaker by pool would’ve been great.

The home is extremely well decorated. The interior design from the floors to the tiles were as close to perfect to maximize the sw feel while minimizing clutter. Pocket door to master BR bath was broken (toilet shower always open to the rest of the master) which was not ideal but likely an easy fix that owners will take care of. Great location to get to old town as well as other resorts. Nice peak a boo view of mtns. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous desert home in my absolutely favorite area of La Quinta. This home is mint, beautiful furnishings, classy decor and spotlessly clean. The master bedroom is the prettiest one I have ever stayed in. Enjoyed the beautiful courtyard/pool/spa with awesome views. Going to miss our daily hikes into the canyons but coming back!
