The house was perfect, it was incredibly clean, with everything you need for the vacation: enough towels, sheets, kitchen utensils. The pool is clean and the jacuzzi is warm. The instructions were very clear. We had an incredible time.

What a beautiful view. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while staring at the snowcapped mountains. Incredible fully stocked kitchen with two dishwashers for easy clean up. The bonus ice machine in the garage is such a plus! Very clean property with comfortable beds and bedding. We arrived after a windy day in the desert and the pool and hot tub were very warm and clean. Lots of amenities for the guests to enjoy. Perfect wi-fi. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect home for a getaway for my grandkids! We loved the pool and roasting s’mores in the fire pit. The triple bunk bed room was great for the boys and the girls loved the other room. We had a wonderful stay!

This was a great place to stay in a great location! There was plenty of room for our group of 6 and the pool and hot tub were very warm! The only thing to be ware of is the bunk room, the top bunk is very close to the ceiling and anytime you move it shakes/ makes a ton of noise, that being said the mattress is very comfy and I am a larger adult who was on the top bunk. Overall great location and house, would stay again for sure! It was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. We all loved this house as the backdrop to our 2021 Thanksgiving. All 9 of us were comfortable and happy - we had plenty of space. The house was clean and well-stocked for all our holiday cooking. The pool and hot tub were great. We enjoyed a fire every night. The beds were super comfortable. We loved everything about our experience. Honestly, the only slight inconvenience was that the microwave stopped working a couple days in and we could not figure out how to make it work. But overall, it wasn`t a big deal. This property definitely needs some umbrellas... pool was smaller than I expected or appeared in photos. I have rented homes in Palm Springs in the past from Relax Palm Springs and I must say their homes are completely set up for a relaxing vacation their backyards are immaculate. We booked this rental specifically for the pool based on the pictures. We arrived and the pool/hot tub was very dirty. The pool was cleaned but we couldn’t use it until the 3rd day out of 5 days staying there. TurnKey did not want to give any compensation at first. We did receive a small compensation, but the time and effort spent on Turnkey with this pool put a damper on our trip. Pulling teeth to receive compensation was very disappointing . Loved the house, loved the pool and loved the chef`s kitchen. Overall, we had a fabulous experience at this house and will definitely come back again! My only nitpick (super minor, though) is that the majority of the pool cues were missing the felt tips, so we had to share one pool cue. House was great and clean. Rental company was really responsive to our questions regarding covid sanitation before arriving which really put our mind at ease. There was one issue where garbage wasn’t collected by the city and we had nowhere to put our garbage as dumpsters were full from the previous renters. This was rectified within hours and we were so appreciative. Kitchen was well
