This condo has all the amenities you could need and more. We loved the location and the view was incredible. The only disappointment was that the pool (which is right next door) was not heated during our stay. Apparently the HOA’s are cutting costs and only heat some of the pools, some of the time. Vacasa’s service was amazing. They responded immediately and addressed some of the minor issues that arose. I look forward to staying there again and booking with Vacasa!

We have rented different condos in Mission Hills for fourteen years and this was the best one yet! Amazingly well-equipped and everything in working order-and the most fabulous view in Mission Hills! Too bad Vacasa doesn't have a policy of checking with previous renters before booking the following year- we wanted to book for next year but the unit was rented before we even walked in the door. :-(

We are very disappointed that Vacas does not allow long-term renters first right of refusal for renting the following year. We rent for three months each winter; our condo was already rented for 2023 a week before we arrived in January of 2022.
