The inviting living area serves as the social heart of the home, furnished with comfortable seating for the entire group as well as a 65in smart TV. Whip up delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar for two. When it's time to eat, gather at the six-person dining table.

This single-level home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms. Find comfort in the primary suite, featuring a king-size bed, 50in smart TV, and pool access. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, 50in smart TV, pool access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The third bedroom is fitted with two twin-size beds, while the fourth bedroom provides a queen-size bed. The adjacent guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Relax in the private backyard, which boasts a heated 5'-deep pool and spa. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the six-person table. In the evening, gather around the gas fire pit. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for three cars are provided. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was so much fun! Best part was the double masters and three access points to the backyard/pool. Loved having the ability to get to and from pool from our own rooms + from the dining room/kitchen. House had lots of extra blankets which was a nice plus! Everything at this property was wonderful. Great decor! Firepit, spa, pool as well as the house itself were clean and welcoming. The landscaping is well taken care of. The amenities were thoughtful. The neighbourhood was quiet and the overhead airplanes not a problem. Appreciated the barbecue and the lantern. The house was close to downtown and not far from the shopping in Palm Desert. All in all, we had a fantastic vacation here!! We’ll be back!

The house was spotless upon arrival and check in was easy. The pool was dirty upon arrival but they got someone out the next morning to clean it for us. Getting in contact with the host was very easy. The house was super close to downtown Palm springs and palm canyon drive among other activities. If you want a stress free vacation and plan to relax outdoors - do not rent this house. This house is not a gem. This house is right in the flight path of the airport so there are constantly commercial airlines taking off and landing directly in line with the house. You cannot truly relax in this yard. Not to mention, it is in the windiest part of the desert so it is constantly blowing and there is always debris in the pool. Continuing with the backyard, there is no comfortable furniture to sit and relax in. Except for the lounge chairs, the other chairs are all wire/metal with NO cushions and are completely uncomfortable. Furthermore, the only umbrella in the entire yard is in the pool (which was broken) and cannot be moved because there is no stand. The table for eating was also metal which got very hot and did not have an umbrella. And to top it all off, the pool/jacuzzi heater was broken for 4 out of 6 days. As for the inside, the house is fine but not well equipped. And... there was a terrible ant problem inside as well as out. Outside I can understand but there were ants in one of the beds in the twin bedroom and one evening the area rug in the living area was covered in ants. The owners mention they have an ant problem, when you arrive, and do not provide any spray for containment purposes. I spent everyday calling turnkey and it was not until the 3rd day that someone from the local office got involved. I am demanding a refund for 4 out of the 6 days considering they misrepresented the pool and spa heater were working properly. If these were not working, I would have never rented this house. In addition the owners have the nerve to pre charge you $50 per day for the pool/jacuzzi heater. I want the 4 days of that refunded in the amount of $200 as well. This was literally the worst rental experience I have ever had.

Great place to stay. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all things needed. I would definitely stay here again. Only down fall was the pool, because of all the nearby trees I had to clean/net the pool a few times a day and the filter system was not working too well, it may have needed to be cleaned because of the constant debris. But in all was really windy the days we were staying at this house.
