This was an amazingly spacious spot to relax in at Joshua Tree. The beds were super comfortable, the hot tub felt luxurious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the tools needed for cooking. Highly recommend and would return here!

Upon arrival to the home the first thing we did was go out and look at the pools. The big above ground pool at the bottom, was in really poor condition. The water level was low, the ladder was extremely flimsy and gross, the pool had a ring around the whole thing of built up calcium and crud. It has leaks everywhere and creates a lot of mud around the pool. Where the hose is over lapping the pool, you have to be careful because there was a huge spider that came out of that area. We reached out to Vacasa as soon as we checked in and they didn’t have someone come out until the next day around 2pm and told me I would get a compensation for the day I wasn’t able to use the pool. But once I checked out and was finally home, they text me that my refund was denied. And they admitted to the pool needing a part which they should have stated in the post so people like myself don’t book a home that is advertising a pool but you can’t use it. Mind you I booked this home because I have kids and they wanted to rent a house with a pool but it was such a disappointment. We didn’t even get to enjoy it. Vacasa customer service is horrible. The water from all toilets is yellow and the garbage disposal has a bad smell like it never gets cleaned. The towels they provide smell like wet dog. Don’t book this home if you’re wanting to use the pools. The pools are disgusting and not maintained. I will never book through Vacasa again!

The pictures do not do this house justice. It’s a beautiful, well decorated, clean house and has all of the kitchen tools you need. They went above and beyond with shower supplies and soaps in all of the bathrooms. I really enjoyed our stay and the house and everything in it is so pretty.

The inside of the house is very nice, above average. I love that there is a bathroom for each bedroom. However the backyard is basically weeds and dirt. The layout for the swings and pool make it difficult to get to.

Great location. Full mouse traps insert kitchen sink, broken couch, plugged shower drain and broken shower hose. Small things make a big difference. Easy fixes - consider sweating the small stuff for your visitors.

Regarding the shower head and the trash, our manager offered to fix this during your stay and you only wanted to report this to be addressed after your departure. The shower head has been fixed and the trash removed. The owner will work with a plumber to fix the shower drain. We truly hope we can host you for a more comfortable stay in the future, thank you.

Myself, sister, and friends truly enjoyed the space during a long weekend in November here. Beautiful, spacious and had all the things needed as far as kitchen ware. We were here during Thanksgiving so it was nice to be able to cook a meal. Hot tub was much needed, there's a great dinning and living room space for entertaining as well. Close to the Nat'l park and other activities. You'll enjoy it here!

This was the perfect place to have a relaxing getaway with family! There are so many things we loved about this property, it was hard to leave. For the kids, there was a playground and large yard to explore, looking for lizards and special rocks. There were two pools, a smaller tub for younger kids and a deeper pool for swimmers. There was also a hot tub, a telescope, and a fantastic patio set up for stargazing. We saw several shooting stars. We were able to grill outside. The kitchen was large and accommodating, the craft ice balls from the ice maker was a nice added touch. We were also able to do laundry, which was very helpful. The entire house was well-maintained, clean and beautifully decorated. There is a large grocery store only a few miles away. The main entrance to Joshua Tree National Park is only 15 minutes away, with Black Rock campground part of Joshua Tree NP only a few minutes away. We made some great family memories here and would love to come back! We definitely recommend this place.

We could not have been happier with our stay here! This rental is stunning, with so many gorgeous mid-century details. Can we talk about that stone fireplace?! The house is well-appointed and expertly curated. There are many thoughtful touches, from the giant cocktail ice cubes in the freezer, to the record player, to the memory foam mattress. The property is spacious, with TWO pools, a hot tub, multiple spots for chilling, and a staggering number of Joshua Trees. It's the perfect amount of "away" from other people but still accessible (paved roads all the way). We were also impressed with the temperature regulation (perfectly chilled inside, perfectly heated hot tub). The owners have really paid attention to the details. Oh, and because I'm always wondering about the coffee making situation - it's on point. Bean grinder + Chemex. We've stayed in many rentals in the area, and this one is by far the best. A true gem! You will not be disappointed!
