Nice atmoshere and fine food and service

Wonderful atmosphere, creative and inventive food, and great service.

We used Copley's (Cary Grant's old home) for our son's rehearsal dinner and the food and service were excellent. The mgmt was great to work with and met all of our needs.

Outstanding service and food

We had heard and read great reviews of Copley's, and were planning on eating there during our stay. As it happened, we made a reservation one evening at a different restaurant, not realizing that it was in the area closed to traffic on that day. Thus we arrived at Copley's without a reservation...

The martini happy hour is incredible and you can get fun appetizers if you aren't in to having a big dinner. The vibe in great, old Palm Springs.

Fresh food very well prepared and presented. Friendly, capable serving staff and a beautiful outdoor garden seating area.

Excellent, well trained and pleasant staff combined with a good chef and a splendid garden setting make this restaurent a must for visitors and residents alike. The prices are on the higher end but for a bit of a splash, well worth it.

We visit this restaurant every time we are in Palm Springs for my birthday dinner. Located in the Cary Grant estate, the grounds and buildings are beautiful. Dine inside or out, but be sure to enjoy a nightcap next to the fire pit. The menu always has something new to tantalize your taste...
