Located in Palm Desert, this French restaurant is one of the Desert area most highly acclaimed restaurants. Cuistot Restaurant is about fine dining, great food, delightful atmosphere and great service. The owner/Chef Bernard Dervieux has connections to some of the greatest names in French cuisine. Dervieux was an apprentice to the renowned Paul Bocuse. The setting of the restaurant is a new building that was designed to resemble the old farmhouse that the owner called home while growing up.
