In the bones of an old roadside diner, we're reinterpreting American peasant food for the desert with a focus on fresh, organic, and local ingredients. We're calling it King's Highway. We've also kept the old ranch-hand bar. The locals called it the Amigo Room, so we are too. Cheap beer and fresh, clean cocktails with homemade ingredients. And it's all available poolside. Just don't forget the 45 minute rule.

The ambience is fantastic - midcentury modern era supper club style - with warm tones, plush booths, up-to-date design with a respectful nod to the past, plus a great bar that is both indoor and outdoor.
